Shipping an item in for repair
Units can either be carried in to our service center or be shipped in. If you ship it, we suggest using FedEx or UPS and insure the package for the full value of the item. If you have the original box and foam for the unit, you may want to use it for shipping. Box the item you are shipping with plenty of padding to prevent damage. Check with your choice of shipping company for proper packaging information. If the packaging gets damaged in any way during transit, we may need to repackage it for safe return shipping.
If the item is under warranty, be sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase. If you are unsure of your warranty status, please email your proof of purchase to and we will verify your warranty before you ship your item in for repair.
If you are a dealer sending the unit in on behalf of a customer, please provide the end user's proof of purchase with their information on it.
If the item is out of warranty, we will charge a bench fee when the item arrives to us. This bench fee is paid upfront and non-refundable. The fee will go towards the final cost of repair. When the unit is repaired, the shipping cost will be added to the balance due and then charged with the provided payment information.
Please note if the original packing box and material is deemed insufficient, we will repack your unit for safe return shipping.
Before shipping your item in for repair, please review our shipping instructions and fill out the shipping form to include in the box with your unit.
